We are looking for a Director of Instruction who can build and lead Topgolf's golf instruction platform at their venue, driving lesson volume, developing Lead Instructors, and creating programming that keeps guests coming back to grow their game. THE ROLE The Director of Instruction leads all golf instruction programming at the venue, overseeing individual and group lessons, leagues, tournaments, player development series, and summer camps. This role is responsible for growing the instruction platform through exceptional teaching, community outreach, and partnership with the events team. </
