The eCommerce Creative Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and delivering eCommerce creative assets across multiple brands, markets, and workstreams. Applying strong project management practices, this role drives schedules, milestones, dependencies, reporting, and cross-functional alignment to ensure assets are delivered on time and against business priorities. Working across Creative, Commercial, Brand, Licensing, Product Development, Operations, and regional teams, the Creative Manager provides clear visibility into project status, proactively identifies and escalates risks, and drives accountability for deliverables. The role also supports continuous improvement of workflows, systems, and reporting to increase efficiency and scalability. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be on-site Tuesday-Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA.
