We are looking for an experienced attorney to join Snowflake's Legal team as Director, Assistant General Counsel - Litigation. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of litigation matters, serve as a trusted partner and advisor to the business, leverage artificial intelligence to enhance the way we get work done, and supervise one in-house litigation counsel. This role will report to Snowflake’s Senior Director, Associate General Counsel - Employment & Litigation. This is an in-person role based in Menlo Park, CA or Atlanta, GA. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities Litigation Management and Advising Working collaboratively with our Legal team, outside counsel, and cross-functional stakeholders, manage disputes and litigation matters across their full lifecycle — from initial case assessment through resolution. Lead and manage internal investigations on matters involving legal risks to Snowflake, including coordinating with the People team, Security organization, and other relevant functions. Manage and coordinate responses to subpoenas, garnishment orders, domestic relations orders, statutory requests for information, and requests from government and law enforcement agencies.
