Key Responsibilities Support the Principal Product Compliance Advisor in ensuring Diligent Entities meets US corporate compliance requirements. Conduct discovery on US corporate compliance and filing requirements, breaking findings down into identifiable, actionable elements. Gather, document, and maintain detailed product requirements for US compliance-related features and changes. Translate regulatory and legislative detail into requirements that Product Managers and Engineering can act on and prioritise. Initially the successfully candidate will focus on US requirements, and the remit may expand to other jurisdictions over time. Track changes in US corporate compliance rules and filing requirements, flagging impacts to Diligent Entities. Work day-to-day with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success teams, and customers directly to validate requirements and support delivery.
