These events are central to NVIDIA's worldwide presence, and the person in this role will ensure each moment is executed with accuracy, enthusiasm, and influence. You will manage several workstreams simultaneously and work closely with collaborators in product, communications, marketing, and executive teams. Every detail, including venue, content, and the on-site experience, must be performed flawlessly. What you'll be doing: Own the full event lifecycle for assigned flagship events — from initial planning through on-site management and post-event recap. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple events simultaneously. Serve as the primary cross-functional coordinator — aligning product teams, communications, creative, and executive partners around a unified event plan.
