What You Will Do As An Executive Associate: Executive and Team Support Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the SVP with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, ensuring follow-ups and decisions are documented and tracked. Serve as a primary liaison between the SVP, their direct reports, and key internal stakeholders — ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution.
