WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead the Guest Experience • Set the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house • Stay visible on the floor and interact with guests to assess and elevate their experience • Always uphold operating procedures and guest safety and satisfaction standards • Ensure all guest areas are fully staffed and functioning efficiently Coach and Develop the Team • Supervise front of house team members and coach them in the moment • Drive team member engagement and create a team culture rooted in care and accountability • Support hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development • Delegate tasks clearly and follow up to ensure completion Manage Operations • Execute opening and closi

Job Responsibilities Supervise and lead kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers. Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly, meeting food safety and quality standards. Oversee food preparation, including recipe adherence and portion control. Monitor inventory levels and order kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed. Train kitchen staff in proper food handling, cooking techniques, and safety procedures. Coordinate with the front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate food service. Address and resolve kitchen-related issues and emergencies. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Prior experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and adapt to changing demands. Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance. Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Job Responsibilities Clean and sanitize various areas of the venue, including restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and perform routine maintenance tasks. Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when reordering is necessary. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel. Support the team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Ability to perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment. Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
