Role Summary The Business Analyst (BA) is an essential member of the Okta Professional Services team. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn Identity and Access Management (IAM) fundamentals from the ground up. You will serve as a bridge between customer business objectives and technical implementation, developing the skills to own the requirements lifecycle and ensuring final deliveries are secure, scalable, and aligned with strategic needs.
