Job Responsibilities Lead a team of facilities associates and porters. Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance with Facilities Manager. Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly. Train and mentor facilities associates to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related needs. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Prior experience in maintenance or facility management, with leadership responsibilities. Strong technical skills in various maintenance disciplines. Effective leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
