What You Will Be Doing Lead a dedicated team of production maintenance associates to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment supporting plant operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll coordinate closely with manufacturing and facilities engineering, set performance and cost control standards, and maintain critical parts inventory. You’ll also provide coaching and training, uphold safety and housekeeping standards, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
