Position Overview The Facilities Mechanical Engineer is a hands-on technical professional responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing building mechanical systems while supporting capital project development. This role combines engineering expertise with direct field work, requiring both technical knowledge and practical application skills. Essential Responsibilities : Building Systems Management Maintain and optimize industrial Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and fire life safety (FLS) systems across assigned facilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building mechanical equipment Troubleshoot system failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical syst
