Position Summary As a Senior Construction Project Manager you are responsible for successfully managing your assigned Programs/Initiatives to a defined scope, schedule and budget. Senior Construction Project Managers collaborate directly with the Program Sponsor to define scope, develop project plans and create budgets. You will lead the coordination of day-to-day sponsor/stakeholder communications. In this role your key growth opportunities will include: refining your skills in project management and stakeholder relationship management; following best practices in preparing project plans, budgets, and schedules; issue resolution and negotiation skills; exposure to project requirements across multiple business units, including Category Management, Store Layout, Finance and Scheduling partners, Architecture & Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Merchandising & Construction filed teams; managing and growing relationships with multiple internal business units and third-party vendors.
