What you will do: As an Orthopaedics Instruments Regional Sales Manager, you will strategically plan, direct and coordinate the selling activities of sales representatives under your supervision. You will interview, hire, train and develop top level talent. In addition, you will develop plans in accordance with the Director of Sales to maximize sales opportunities in the region and push yourself to exceed each goal. You take great pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist your reps and customers whenever the need arises.
