We’re looking for an experienced attorney to join Snowflake’s Legal team to help manage a variety of litigation matters. This role will report to Snowflake’s Senior Director, Associate General Counsel - Employment & Litigation. This is an in-person role based in Atlanta, GA, McLean, VA, or Menlo Park, CA. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities Working collaboratively with our Legal team, outside counsel, and other stakeholders, manage commercial-, IP-, trademark-, bankruptcy-, and employment-related disputes and litigation matters. Manage responses to subpoenas, garnishment orders, domestic relations orders, statutory requests for information, and requests from government and law enforcement agencies. Lead and manage internal investigations on matters involving legal risks to Snowflake. Assist and lead efforts in creating, improving, and developing scalable processes and procedures related to the handling of litigation matters for a growing company. Advise business stakeholders on litigation risks and issues involved in business disputes.
