Responsibilities • Shares information about the organization’s products, services, promotions, and configurations to the partners. • Achieves assigned quotas for organization products, services, and software by effectively promoting and selling them. • Collaborates with partners to develop joint business plans, outlining sales goals, marketing activities, and resource allocation in adherence to legal and ethical practices. • Develops and nurtures strong relationships with stakeholders within partner organizations, fostering trust and collaboration. • Provides insights and guidance to partner business managers or end-user sales teams regarding partners' capabilities and strengths. • Monitors partner performance against targets, providing feedback and guidance for improvement. • Stays updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies and recommendations to partners. • Initiates contact with potential partners, introduces the organization's offerings, and gauges their interest in collaboration. • Maintains a record of partner interactions and activities in the sales pipeline and assists in analyzing partner performance data and trends to support decision-making.
