About the Role NYT Wirecutter is looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Analytics to power our business strategy. Your core mandate is to increase audience monetization across our primary businesses—Affiliate, Advertising, and E-commerce—ensuring we preserve long-term audience trust. As a player-coach role, you will lead a team of analysts and partner closely with Revenue, Product, and Marketing leads to establish KPIs, run conversion experiments, and build attribution frameworks that scale revenue. You will report to the Executive Director, Data Analytics. Responsibilities You will lead, mentor, and onboard a team of two direct reports, nurturing their career growth You will analyze affiliate revenue drivers (e.g., merchant commissions, EPC, conversion rates, and partner yield) across all content touch points.
