Work Flexibility: Field-based Sales Representative – Surgical Technologies (ST) Step into a field-based sales role where you will promote, position, and sell Stryker’s Surgical Technologies portfolio to physicians, surgeons, and healthcare providers across your territory. Lead product evaluations and support procedures in operating room and office-based settings while demonstrating the clinical and economic value of our solutions. As the owner of your territory, you’ll grow existing business, identify new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and consistently achieve sales goals. You’ll partner closely with your Regional Manager and serve as a trusted clinical and product resource, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and an exceptional customer experience. ST Product Portfolio: Stryker | Surgical Technologies What You Will Do Drive territory performance by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products while meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments. Support surgical procedures by providing on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting. Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams.
