About the Role As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will: Take ownership of the scheduling process, end to end, for evergreen and opportunistic hiring needs. Act as a partner for recruiting ops problems and help us find solutions through a mix of data, tools, and collaboration. Greet candidates onsite in the office to provide a welcoming interview experience. Be the primary scheduling and interview planner for various Recruiters and Hiring Managers across the Robotics team. Use our tools like Ashby, Guide, ChatGPT, G-Suite, and others to uphold a timely and positive hiring experience and process. Have the ability to problem solve and adapt to an ever-changing environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
