About the Team The Capital Markets team develops the financing strategy, solutions, and partnerships needed to support our expanding global AI infrastructure platform and long-term investment plans. About the Role We’re looking for a senior structured finance leader to create immediate execution leverage for a growing capital markets function. In this role, you’ll take broad financing objectives, such as raising a large pool of capital from a defined set of counterparties, and independently turn them into well-run transaction processes. You’ll lead complex financings from strategy through close, manage counterparties and advisors, and bring sound judgment to capital structure, risk allocation, process design, and execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who is still close to the details, not a purely senior relationship manager. Your work will allow the team lead to spend less time in day-to-day execution and more time building the broader capital markets organization. In this role, you will: Lead large, complex financing processes from initial structuring through diligence, negotiation, documentation, and closing. Translate broad capital-raising objectives into executable financing plans, timelines, work streams, and counterparty strategies. Manage lenders, investors, advisors, counsel, and internal stakeholders across high-stakes transactions. Provide oversight on financial structuring, modeling, diligence, risk allocation, and transaction documentation. Make clear recommendations on financing strategy, counterparty selection, process design, and tradeoffs. Operate effectively in a small, high-impact team without relying on a large analyst or associate bench. Help build repeatable internal processes for a financing function that is still scaling. Coach and develop more junior transaction professionals. You might thrive in this role if you have: 8-15 years of experience executing structured finance, project finance, infrastructure finance, digital infrastruct

Here's what makes the work itself worth showing up for: Problems without a playbook: You'll work at the edge of AI and security, building agentic governance, continuous compliance, and real-time trust verification to solve problems that don't have an established answer yet. You're writing it as you go. Real ownership, not just process: Our values center on owning outcomes and raising the bar, not checking boxes. You're expected to have opinions and back them. A seat at the table: Your perspective is unique and valued. Open debate and diverse viewpoints are built into how decisions actually get made here, at every level. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com . About the Team The People Operations team owns the systems, processes, and programs that make the employee lifecycle run — from day one through every transition in between. We believe that clean data, simple workflows, and well-designed technology are what let the rest of the People & Talent function do its best work. About the Role We're looking for a People Operations Manager who can look at a messy, ambiguous problem and turn it into a clear plan — then execute it. Day-to-day, you'll own our HR technology stack, lead process transformation across the employee lifecycle, and serve as the go-to partner for Payroll, IT, Legal, and the broader People & Talent team when something needs to be built, fixed, or rethought. You'll work directly with vendors, HRBPs, and leadership to make sure our operations are scalable, compliant, and actually simple to use. In the first year, success means moving us from where we are to where we should be: better-configured systems, documented processes, and a team that trusts what's in our tools. Responsibilities Lead HR operations programs end-to-end — define scope, owners, milestones, risks, and success measures, often starting from an undefined brief. Serve as the primary functional owner for core People technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance tools), including configuration, upgrades, and feature evaluation. Lead technology deployments, platform conversions, and module rollouts, coordinating across IT, HRIS, and vendor teams. Research and benchmark HR technology trends to build and maintain a People tech roadmap that supports scale. Apply AI and e

About the Team Our Total Rewards team designs and runs the benefits programs that support Mixpanel employees around the world. We work closely with People, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to build programs that are fair, competitive, and easy to understand, because how we take care of our people is part of how we build trust across the company. About the Role As our Global Benefits Manager, you'll own how Mixpanel designs, delivers, and governs benefits programs across every country we operate in. You'll work independently on ambiguous, cross-functional problems, like a new country launch, a plan redesign, or an M&A integration, and turn them into clear, workable plans. People across HR, Finance, Legal, and regional teams will look to you as the person who understands both the details and the bigger picture of how benefits decisions affect our people and our business. This role doesn't manage people directly, but it does lead initiatives that span multiple functions and calls for confidence making decisions without a fully defined brief. Responsibilities Lead the design and ongoing improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across multiple countries, balancing local requirements with one consistent philosophy. Scope and lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives, such as country expansions, M&A integrations, and plan redesigns, by defining the problem, identifying the right stakeholders, and choosing an approach without a fully written brief. About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Shipping great software is only half the battle. Getting it to the right customers, at the right time, in the right way, is where the real complexity lives. We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end of the EPD pipeline: the moment a feature is built to the moment it's successfully in customers' hands. This person will define what "good" looks like for product launches at Sentry, building the frameworks, playbooks, and operating rhythms that make every release more intentional, more coordinated, and more confident than the last. The foundation is there. Features ship. But the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, go-to-market (GTM), and Sales needs someone who can see the whole system, diagnose what's broken, and build something durable. That's this role. If you're energized by ambiguity, love designing operating models, and want real ownership over a function that touches every team in the company, this is a rare opportunity to define the craft at a company that takes software quality seriously. What You'll Do Define the Launch Standard: Establish what a great product launch looks like at Sentry: the gates, the playbooks, the decision rights, and the rituals. You're not inheriting a fixed process; you're authoring it. Own Feature Flag & Cohort Strategy: Bring intentionality to how Sentry uses early access programs, beta cohorts, and staged rollouts. Make sure the right customers get the right features at the right time, and that we're learning from every rollout. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Readiness: Be the central coordinator who ensures Engineering,
