As a Technician, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within your store. Technicians are often the first point of contact to assist our patients and customers to deliver an exceptional experience. Technicians assist the pharmacy team to ensure that pharmacy operations run smoothly, our patients’ prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, and we are providing caring service that exceeds patient expectations. You will be responsible for completing global quantitative and qualitative research projects and analyzing data. You will translate your findings into actionable insights and recommendations that help build world-class brands, products, and marketing programs. The person in this position is driven by a deep passion for Hasbro's brands and curiosity about consumer needs and motivations. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro's temporary location in Boston, MA A Day in the Life as a Consumer Insights Manager: Develop a strong understanding of your portfolio's consumer, category, brands, and play patterns to support your growth as a voice of the consumer. Contribute to the team's ongoing monitoring of cultural and category trends, competitive landscape shifts, and emerging consumer behaviors — synthesizing and sharing relevant findings with cross-functional partners to inform innovation and go-to-market decisions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously across all phases of execution — briefing, project design, quantitative and qualitative input development, data collection, analysis, and reporting — with
