As a Sr. Clinical Solutions Specialist, you will partner with healthcare organizations to implement and optimize Baxter's Care Communications solutions, including nurse call and digital health technologies. In this role, you will apply your clinical knowledge to assess workflows, support system implementation, and guide organizations through the adoption of technology solutions that enhance communication and care delivery. Success is measured by the effective deployment of clinical solutions, customer adoption, and achievement of implementation milestones. Your Team You will be part of the Care Communications Clinical Operations team, supporting healthcare customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. The team works closely with Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, Engineers, Account Managers, and Care Communications leaders to deliver clinical technology solutions
