The Senior HR Manager will partner closely with business and HR leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies. The role will focus on strengthening leadership and manager capability, employee engagement, talent and succession planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and workforce alignment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while partnering across HR and Centers of Expertise to ensure people programs and practices are effectively implemented and support both business performance and organizational health. What you'll be doing: Drives overall implementation of plans and strategies, continually monitors effectiveness Consults with management on a variety of HR and business related issues, both strategically and operationally Continually assesses the effectiveness of the organization’s business model and organization dynamics and leads efforts to realign/refocus as needed Drives organization wide talent planning initiatives (in p
