A Sr. Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality production. This role focuses on improving process performance, reducing waste, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities typically include analyzing production workflows, implementing process improvements, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as quality, operations, and supply chain.
