What this job involves: As a Licensed HVAC Mobile Technician at JLL, you will play a critical role in maintaining optimal facility operations across multiple client sites in the Kalispell area. This mobile position requires you to operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to achieve the most efficient operating results and maximum equipment life expectancy. You will work independently, performing preventive maintenance and responsive repairs while ensuring all equipment operates in an energy-efficient and safe manner. Strong focus on troubleshooting and repairing all HVAC systems is paramount, and you are expected to demonstrate advanced proficiency in HVAC while maintaining multi-skilled capabilities in electrical, plumbing, and related building systems. This position includes mandatory overtime to support our commitment to uninterrupted client operations and proactive facility management. What your day-to-day will look like: Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, cooling towers, and refrigeration units across assig
