At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. The Mission The Global Revenue Enablement (GRE) organisation exists to equip every audience in our ecosystem — field sellers, technical specialists, and partners — with the clarity, content, and skills they need to execute with speed and consistency. But enablement doesn't stop at the field. The fastest path to consumption is a customer who knows exactly how to use what they've bought. That's where Customer Activation comes in. The APJ opportunity is significant, but the focus is ANZ expansion first. The enterprise collaboration and productivity SaaS market across the region is large and rapidly growing, yet ClickUp's current APAC revenue represents a small but fast-growing share of global revenue. Competitors have invested heavily with large local teams across the region. ClickUp has the product. What it needs is local execution, leadership, and a willingness to run a playbook that respects the complexity of selling across multiple markets across APJ. This role is equal parts builder and operator. You'll inherit a book of business with commercial and enterprise logos, collaborate with a growing channel ecosystem with proven win-rate uplift, and carry a clear strategic mandate to grow the region aggressively. This is a role with significant growth potential. As the APJ region scales, the scope will evolve to encompass broader responsibilities, including deeper GTM ownership. Why This Role Matters APJ is ClickUp's largest underinvested region. The data is clear: When partners are involved, win rates increase significantly Channel sales is growing significantly faster than direct sales Australia alone represents a significant share of APJ revenue with minimal d

You manage each account by its health and needs — proactively spotting risk and opportunity — rather than by whether a given interaction is labelled "support" or "success." AI is your multiplier, not a tool you use on the side. Our AI agent handles first-line triage, ticket classification, routing, knowledge retrieval, and deflection — so you can focus on what AI can't do: complex judgment, strategic enablement, relationship building, and driving outcomes. You'll be measured not just by what you do directly, but by how well you leverage AI to scale across a full portfolio. What you'll own Your portfolio — a book of enterprise and growth accounts under single, accountable ownership. The model protects depth over volume.
