The Team + The Role Pendo's Field Marketing team partners closely with Sales to create programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate deals, and deepen customer relationships. The team builds targeted regional experiences and campaigns that bring Pendo's brand to life for enterprise prospects and customers. Attend weekly team calls and account pod meetings, brief the team on campaigns and upcoming programs, and serve as the primary marketing point of contact for Enterprise sales activity in your territory. Account-based and product-based programs: Own dedicated programs for your top 10 priority accounts each quarter, including executive gifting, on-site visits, bespoke events, account-specific content and ads, and direct mail. Maintain account briefs with each account pod and partner with Enterprise demand generation on a coordinated coverage model. Regional field events: Plan and execute approximately three regional in-person field events per quarter in partnership with the AVP. Own pre-event and post-event strategy, attendee targeting, invite flows, day-of experience, reporting, and spend efficiency analysis so the team understands what works in your territory.
