Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein basé au Canada. Le Gestionnaire soutient un ou plusieurs services internes de service à la clientèle. Il s'agit d'un rôle de leadership opérationnel qui exige une expérience considérable en service à la clientèle et en gestion d'équipe. Les Gestionnaires supervisent des équipes d'environ 10 à 15 ambassadeurs et doivent être en mesure de guider et de perfectionner leurs ambassadeurs, en faisant preuve de compétences de service à la clientèle de premier ordre. De solides compétences organisationnelles et la capacité de concilier le travail en temps réel et le travail planifié sont également requises. Ils doivent également être adaptables et réactifs dans notre environnement au rythme rapide, parfois sous pression, tout en demeurant flexibles, proactifs, ingénieux, efficaces et en démontrant un haut niveau de professionnalisme et de confidentialité.
