What You’ll Do: Serve as the lead paralegal supporting Reddit’s employment, IP, and general litigation dockets. Own core case support workflows, including matter intake, trackers, calendaring, document management, deadline tracking, and matter closeout. Coordinate with outside counsel on filings, discovery, document collection and production, invoices, and day-to-day matter administration. Own and manage Reddit’s legal hold and preservation process, including drafting legal hold notices, issuing and tracking legal holds, and managing preservation activities within various systems to ensure the preservation of potentially relevant information. Lead and assist with e-discovery matters, including initiating and managing data collections
