About the Team and Role Scaled Customer Activation owns the onboarding, activation, and early growth of Ramp’s self-service customers. We are placing a big bet on the belief that there is significant untapped potential in our self-service accounts. As an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine Ramp’s International Customer Success team and define the scaled customer implementation motion to drive activation. About the Role As an Account Executive focused on high-velocity sales in Canada, you will drive Ramp’s growth by closing a large volume of small, repeatable deals with speed and consistency. This role is designed for sellers who thrive in fast sales cycles, high activity, and a process-drive environment. You’ll primarily sell to small businesses and early-stage companies, running a transactional sales motion that emphasizes quick qualification, clear ROI, and rapid decision-making. We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to support high-value customers in the assigned vertical by providing the tools and resources to achieve their business goals on social media.
