The Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a customer-facing product engineering team focused on developing advanced Command and Control (C2) and Agentic Autonomy Software for Autonomous Systems for use in operational and tactical missions. This role involves building, integrating, and deploying state-of-the-art software solutions that combine sensors, actuators, unmanned vehicles, and intelligent decision-making systems including self-hosted and commercial LLMs to enable users to employ and manage robotic and autonomous systems across a variety of mission sets. As a part of this team, you will contribute directly to the development of cloud and edge software to command and control autonomous systems, including interfacing with onboard sensors (radar, cameras, RF, and other modalities) and real-time kinetic and non-kinetic systems for individual and swarms of systems. The Role As a Mobility Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the payroll tax compliance and accounting reporting areas of Palantir’s Global Mobility program. You will craft, implement, and execute processes to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and deliver great customer service to our mobile employees. In this role you’ll be assisting the Mobility Tax team to ensure the tax implications of every assignment are understood and accounted for correctly by both Palantir and our assignees. The Role The Finance Team supports and empowers Palantirians through both day-to-day operations and a solution oriented approach to problem solving. As a member of the Revenue Team, you will be responsible for guiding your customer & deal portfolio through the quote-to-cash process, analyzing and reviewing complex revenue transactions, as well as continually refining our revenue recognition policies. You will need to be able to articulate revenue guidance clearly while supporting legal and deal team on contract drafting to maximize revenue. You will also provide direction on technical revenue accounting issues and be able to explain the accounting impact to the internal stakeholders across various teams including Business Development/Sales, Legal, and Finance during the contract negotiation process. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure the health of your portfolio and participate in global month/quarter end revenue close.
