The Role Palantir’s in‑house legal team works to proactively address legal issues so that Palantir can continue to drive positive impact in the world. As Corporate Counsel, you will serve as a key advisor on corporate governance and securities matters, leveraging your public company experience to ensure our compliance and support our growth as a public company. You will take ownership of critical areas such as investment management, trading compliance, strategic transactions, corporate governance, and public company reporting. In addition, you’ll play a central role in structuring, implementing, and administering equity compensation plans for employees globally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align our equity programs with Palantir’s mission and values. The Role The Finance Team supports and empowers Palantirians through both day-to-day operations and a solution oriented approach to problem solving. As a member of the Revenue Team you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing complex revenue transactions as well as continually refining our revenue recognition policies. You will be responsible for all aspects of the quote-to-cash cycle related to your customer portfolio by working closely with Deal and Finance teams to ensure the accounting and operational aspects of your deals progress efficiently and accurately. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue, this role will own key aspects of the revenue close, revenue recognition, contract review, and related processes. The Senior Revenue Manager will serve as a subject-matter expert on revenue accounting, partnering closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, FP&A, and Finance to assess complex customer arrangements, ensure appropriate revenue treatment, and build scalable processes and controls. Key Responsibilities Own key components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close, including revenue recognition, deferred revenue, unbilled revenue, and related reconciliations. ROLE: SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER LOCATION: TORONTO The Role Salt XC is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day financial management of The Kitchen, a large-scale embedded agency partnership with a Fortune 500 client. This role will be the primary Finance partner and point of contact for The Kitchen. While Salt’s broader Finance team will continue to execute transaction processing, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and expense processing, this person will sit at the centre of the operation—ensuring projects are financially controlled, billings happen on time, revenue and costs are appropriately recognized, reporting is accurate, and stakeholders have clear and timely visibility into the financial health of the business. This is an ideal role for someone with strong project accounting and revenue accounting experience who is equally comfortable working with Finance teams, agency operators, producers and senior client stakeholders.
