About the Role Design is changing faster than at any point in the last decade, and we’re building the team that defines what comes next. As a New Grad Product Designer, you’ll join and learn from designers shaping this new practice — one where AI is native to how you explore ideas, prototype, and ship. You’ll work on real projects that impact millions of customers, merchants, and Dashers, collaborating with product, research, data, and engineering to prototype your concepts, test with real users, and ship improvements to millions of people. You’ll join one of our core teams — Consumer, Merchant, Dasher, Ads & Promos, Customer Experience & Integrity. About the Team At DoorDash, design means making experiences for the people who order, the people who prepare, and the people who deliver. As a Design Manager at DoorDash, you want to build things that matter to real people. You're at your best when you can move from idea to shipped product quickly, bringing experiences to life that reach and influence users at massive scale. You'll care about whether the product you make solved a real problem for real people, or changed how someone experiences their day. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Product Management, dig into the data, and use LLM-powered tools alongside traditional design tools. If the LLM powered tools don’t exist yet, you build them. About the Role Trust is the foundation of every interaction on DoorDash. We're looking for a design leader who can define and drive a vision for designing for integrity at scale. In this role, you will join the Integrity organization. At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. Staff FullStack Engineer, AI Acceleration Team The AI Acceleration Team The AI Acceleration Team builds AI features right where identity and agents meet. Companies are handing real access to AI agents faster than their controls can keep up, and two problems show up first: how do you authorize what an agent is allowed to do on someone's behalf, and how do you keep both people and agents from being phished? We take those on directly. Our North Star: to get AI right, you have to get identity right. We are a new team, and we shape the problems as much as we solve them. You will help shape which problems we take on, make architectural calls that outlive any single project, and set the technical bar for how we work. You will enforce least privilege for what agents can do and make phishing-resistant access the default. We build with Vercel and AWS, and you will likely work heavily in JavaScript/TypeScri
