About the Team DevX owns engineering velocity at Amplitude: build systems, CI/CD, developer environments, and internal tooling. We're building a software factory: automated workflows that remove manual bottlenecks from how engineers ship code. The Role We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer – DevX (Hybrid – San Francisco) who bridges infrastructure and application thinking and can accelerate how the whole team develops, tests, and ships in the cloud. You'll set architecture for our developer platform, lead our software factory work, and push our development model toward cloud-first workflows. This is a high-leverage, low-oversight role. About The Role & Team Amplitude is the leading AI analytics platform, and our ability to deliver measurable customer outcomes quickly is a key part of how we keep that lead. The Customer FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) team sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success — owning the technical delivery that takes validated products from co-development and implements them across enterprise customers. As a Customer Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations, from sales engagement through post-deployment validation. You'll work directly in Amplitude's product codebase, submitting PRs, shipping customer-specific solutions, and building reusable patterns that make every successive engagement faster. About the Team The Storage organization builds and operates the online stateful systems and abstractions that DoorDash Engineering depends on: reliable, efficient, secure, and easy to use. Within Storage, the Distributed Caching team owns every caching offering at DoorDash end to end, including ElastiCache (Redis/Valkey), Boulder (our KVRocks-based key-value store for high-QPS feature serving), Entity Cache (read Bill Shen’s engineering blog post, “ High-Performance Proxy Cache for DoorDash Services ”), and the Distributed Lock Service, plus the smart clients (asgard-redis, valkey-go) that sit in front of them. These systems back critical product surfaces across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo: the team runs roughly 400 ElastiCache clusters serving hundreds of millions of GET requests per second in aggregate, and Boulder, our offline-to-online feature store, serves billions of feature lookups per second at peak. About the Role The team owns provisioning of clusters and the smart clients that sit in front of them, baking in sensible defaults so that other engineering teams get a turnkey caching solution instead of having to run their own. You'll help drive Boulder's evolution to scale further, improve cost efficiency, enhance performance, and support real-time updates; re-platform the Distributed Lock Service onto a strongly consistent backend; and build the self-serve tooling and recommendation engine that let customers describe a workload (QPS, TTL, payload size, latency profile) and get the right backend without talking to a human. You'll go deep on cache invalidation, replication, sharding, compaction, and failover, while shipping the guardrails, automation, and observability that keep this scale operable by a small team. You must be located in San Francisco, Seattle, or the New York Metro Area for this hybrid position. You will report to the Engineering Manager on the Distributed Caching team within the Storage organization. You’re excited about this opportunity b

About the Role We're building out the Customer Success Engineering team at Postman, and we need business-minded engineers who can solve real problems at scale. You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers and own the “How” of technical solutioning. This is a consultative role that requires both depth and versatility. This is no support role; you'll be the technical architect of Customer Success, turning complex and nuanced challenges into repeatable solutions that benefit our entire enterprise customer base. As a CSE, you consult on the technical implementation path. When a customer needs to get from point A to point B, you figure out how to make it happen - whether that means architecting workflows within Postman, guiding integrations, or creating pragmatic workarounds when the product doesn't quite fit.
