About the role As a Customer Success Manager I at 3rdRisk, you're the person who turns a new customer into a confident, successful one. You own onboarding from kickoff to go-live — guiding organizations through implementation and configuration until they're getting real value from the platform — and you stay with them afterwards as their trusted point of contact, running the relationship through regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews. Based out of Diligent's Vancouver office, you'll serve 3rdRisk customers across North America as part of a Customer Success team that's still taking shape: four CSMs split across Vancouver and Amsterdam, working closely as one team across both hubs. That early stage is the opportunity. Alongside the customer work, you'll help build the function itself — turning what works into repeatable playbooks, templates, and processes, and helping align how 3rdRisk operates as it integrates with Diligent. You'll have real ownership from day one and a direct hand in shaping how the team works as it grows. It's a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the customer relationship, likes creating structure where there isn't any yet, and wants to grow their Customer Success career somewhere their work has visible impact. What you'll do Own customer onboarding end to end — from kickoff through configuration to go-live — so every new customer reaches value quickly and confidently. Build and continuously improve the onboarding experience, capturing what works in playbooks, templates, and documentation the whole team can use. Run the ongoing relationship with your customers: proactive check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, and the day-to-day partnership that drives adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Be the trusted point of contact your customers rely on, and step in on more complex situations — coordinating with product, support, and engineering to get to a resolution. Help build 3rdRisk's Customer Success function: shaping process, tooling, and

Here's a summary of the role: Identity infrastructure is not glamourware . It doesn't get standing ovations at company all-hands. But it is the thing every product in the portfolio depends on, and when it breaks, everyone knows. If you're the kind of PM who finds that genuinely interesting, read on. This role is for someone who has lived inside SAML flows, argued over PKCE token lifetimes, and knows exactly why SSO bypass lists are a necessary compromise. You'll own the authentication platform that thousands of enterprise customers trust, and you'll shape it alongside engineers who go deep. No surface-level roadmap ownership here. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Own the product strategy and roadmap for core authentication flows: SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, MFA enforcement, token lifecycle management, and multi-IdP federation. Make product decisions that sit at the intersection of system design, security architecture, and developer experience, working directly with senior engineers on protocol choices and infrastructure trade-offs. Drive adoption of platform identity capabilities across internal engineering teams through influence, moving products toward modern API patterns and away from legacy integration surfaces. Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to prototype ideas and validate concepts before you pitch them; this is expected, not optional. Track the IAM standards landscape, including passkeys, FIDO2, SCIM, zero-trust, and verifiable credentials, and use that knowledge to sharpen product direction. Translate complex authentication concepts (JWT structures, SAML assertions, PKCE handshakes) into clear specs, user stories, and prioritized backlogs for audiences from engineers to executives. These are the essentials you'll ne

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the role As the founding Channel Partner Manager for Canada, you will build the partner motion that helps Canadian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt Ramp through trusted advisors and ecosystem partners. This is a zero-to-one role. You will own the full partner lifecycle, from identifying and engaging Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, and venture capital partners through signing, enablement, activation, and partner-sourced pipeline. Your early results will help determine how Ramp scales its Canadian channel motion. You will work closely with Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and the broader Partnerships organization. The right person is a hands-on builder: equally comfortable opening a new relationship, running a partner meeting, solving an operational blocker, and turning early learnings into a repeatable playbook. What you’ll do Build Ramp’s Canadian channel strategy and operating rhythm from the ground up. Research, identify, source, qualify and sign net-new Canadian partners.
