Scale has been the leading AI data foundry, helping fuel the most exciting advancements in AI, including frontier model training, enterprise adoption, defense applications, and autonomous vehicles. Our mission is to develop reliable AI systems for the world's most important decisions. The next frontier for AI is the physical world. We're looking for an AI Product Manager to own the Robotics vertical within our Physical AI team. In this role, you'll own both the development of the data and training environments (the teleoperated demonstrations, real-world collections, simulated tasks, and annotation products that labs use to train and evaluate robot policies) and the "data as a product" strategy that powers them. You'll understand where physical AI is headed, decide what robot tasks and embodiments are worth collecting, how to source and structure the underlying data, and how to turn deep domain knowledge into a defensible product. The ideal candidate has lived inside robotics or physical AI research, and is able to pair that domain understanding with a sense for where current robot policies succeed and fail in real-world workflows. You'll translate that expertise into datasets, environments, and evaluation frameworks that teach robots to do real physical work, and you'll be the domain expert Scale's most important customers and their leading researchers turn to. A strong entrepreneurial & go-to-market mindset will be necessary. What You'll Do Own the Robotics AI roadmap & data strategy: Set product direction for the robotics training stack and the data strategy behind it — what data we collect, on which hardware and embodiments, and what we source internally vs. through our marketplace. Establish a vision for where physical AI is heading, driving execution across engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams. Build partnerships with research teams at frontier labs: Work directly with researchers at leading physical AI labs to understand where their robot p

About Scale AI At Scale, our mission is to develop reliable AI systems for the world's most important decisions. Our products provide the high-quality data and full-stack technologies that power the world's leading models, and help enterprises and governments build, deploy, and oversee AI applications that deliver real impact. Scale Frontier Data is the organization behind the training and evaluation data that frontier labs depend on. We build the systems, tooling, and expert workflows that turn hard human expertise into signals that models can learn from, across reasoning, coding, agentic tool use, and domain expertise. Reinforcement learning environments are now the center of gravity for that work: the difference between a model that demos well and a model that reliably completes long-horizon work is almost always the quality of the environments and reward signals it was trained against. Responsibilities As a Staff Software Engineer, RL Environments, you'll own the technical foundation for how Scale builds, runs, verifies, and delivers RL environments at scale. An RL environment is a real piece of software: a containerized world with real dependencies, real state, real tools, and a grader that has to be correct even when the agent is creative about breaking it. Building one is a full-stack engineering problem. Building thousands of them reproducibly, cheaply, with trustworthy reward signals and throughput measured in millions of rollouts is a systems problem that very few people have solved. You'll work on both. You'll design the platform: sandboxed execution, environment packaging and versioning, rollout orchestration, trajectory capture, verifier frameworks, and the authoring surfaces that let engineers and domain experts produce environments without reinventing infrastructure each time. And you'll go deep on the environments themselves by instrumenting real applications, designing task suites that expose specific capability gaps, and building graders that
About the Team The Code Quality team sits within the Developer Platform organization and owns the systems that keep DoorDash's codebase healthy and secure as it scales: static analysis, quality gates, test frameworks, regression infrastructure, and tooling. Our job is to make sure the signals engineers rely on before shipping — test results, coverage, performance feedback etc — are fast and trustworthy. The decisions we make about tooling and standards directly shape how confidently and quickly engineering teams at DoorDash can ship to production. About the Role We're looking for Software Engineers to help build and maintain the systems that validate code quality across DoorDash's engineering org, treating our tooling as a critical product for the engineers who rely on it every day: static analysis and quality gates, test frameworks and regression infrastructure. You’ll design the tooling and automation that will help derive trustworthy quality signals, integrate them into the development lifecycle, and make it easy for engineers to execute reliable, repeatable workflows. You will collaborate across the engineering org, partnering directly with the teams who use what you build to understand the accuracy, reliability and performance of their functionality. You will report into the Engineering Manager on our Code Quality team in our Developer Platform organization. You must be located in either San Francisco, CA, Sunnyvale, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA, or New York, NY. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Build and maintain quality tooling — static analysis, quality gates, coverage reporting, test frameworks, regression infrastructure — and integrate it directly into our developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines Define and derive quality signals - flakiness, pass rate, coverage, performance, scale readiness etc - Build tooling that improves everyday engineering workflows, including local development, CI/CD, debugging, and rollou

About the Role DashMart is looking for a motivated and experienced individual that excels in fast-paced, physical environments and is excited to roll up their sleeves and actively engage in day-to-day operations. In this role, you will work within a local fulfillment center supporting Site Management running great shifts, and delegating tasks. As a Shift Lead, you will have shift responsibility for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment and maintaining inventory, and in some locations, this involves preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Be an Owner: Take ownership of your assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training. Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets to ensure they are properly handled, stored, and protected from loss or theft. Delight Customers: Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately, communicating with customers when issues arise, and making sure Dasher pickups go smoothly. Lead: Guide Operations Associates through their shift by ensuring the team works safely and productively and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations. One Team One Fight: Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and lead by example. You will be expected to engage in professional and respectful interactions with team members and customers, ensuring a positive and safe

About the Team At DoorDash, design means making experiences for the people who order, the people who prepare, and the people who deliver. As a Designer at DoorDash, you want to build things that matter to real people. You're at your best when you can move from idea to shipped product quickly, bringing experiences to life that reach and influence users at massive scale. You'll care about whether the product you make solved a real problem for real people, or changed how someone experiences their day. About the Role At DoorDash, we’re redefining what it means to be a designer. We’re building a team of makers, builders, and doers. Over the past decade, “web designer” evolved into “product designer” as the scope expanded. Now, that shift is happening again — LLMs are broadening the role further, pushing design toward both strategic thinking and direct execution. As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll help lead this evolution: not only practicing build-first design, but scaling it across people, processes, and systems.
