Who are we? Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! About the role We're hiring a Marketing Chief of Staff to keep Cohere's marketing org moving at full speed without coming apart at the seams. You'll report to the VP of Brand and work across the whole function: brand, editorial, design, product marketing, demand generation, and integrated marketing. This is not a strategy-only role, and it isn't a glorified project-management seat either. In any given quarter the org is shipping product launches, field events, partner campaigns, and demand programs in parallel, often across regions and time zones. That pace is the reason the role exists. Your job is to make sure the right work wins when everything feels urgent, that plans turn into shipped work, and that the VP of Brand and the leadership team spend their time leading instead of firefighting. Be clear-eyed about the shape of the work. A lot of it is operational: the planning calendar, the budget, the headcount plan, the weekly business reviews, the cross-functional handoffs that break when nobody owns them. The grind is the job. You should want that part, not tolerate it. One boundary worth naming up front. Marketing Ops owns th

Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. Get to know the team The Developer Platform team at Auth0 (an Okta company) owns the platform that developers build identity on. Increasingly they build alongside AI agents, and that raises the bar on everything underneath: interfaces have to hold up whether a person or an agent is calling them, and the systems behind them have to stay reliable and coherent as usage grows. We move fast, we own problems end to end, and we care deeply about the platform we put in front of the developers and agents who depend on it. The opportunity We're hiring a Principal Engineer (P5) to serve as the technical leader and compass for the Developer Platform team. You'll work across the breadth of the platform, tackling the highly complex, vaguely specified problems that span it and turning them into clear technical direction the team can execute against, without day-to-day oversight. Above all, you'll own how the platform is architected to scale: the distributed systems behind it, the reliability and consistency guarantees developers depend on, and the coherence that keeps it easy to build on as usage grows. You'll champion the team's technical execution, raise the engineering bar, mentor the people around you, and partner with tech leads across teams to keep the wider platform aligned. You'll have real influence over how our platform holds up in a world where developers and agents are both first-class consumers. What you'll be doing Own the platform architecture: Set the tech

That includes incident.io and the services we have built around it, Statuspage, custom Slack bot applications that automate our incident response and engineering operations workflows, the customer-facing web application behind status.auth0.com, Vivaldi, and Tilt - the tools engineers use to run Auth0 locally. We are seeking an engineer to help build new features across all of these tools. Our stack is primarily TypeScript and Node.js, with a React and Next.js front end, backed by Postgres and Redis, and deployed on Kubernetes on AWS. A significant portion of our incident and engineering operations automation is built on Tines, a no-code automation platform. Prior no-code experience is welcome, but we expect you to learn Tines here and become effective with it. Current initiatives include extending our incident tooling to meet FedRAMP requirements, taking full ownership of the status page, and improving how we communicate incident status to customers. There is real room to improve along the way, from test coverage to resilience to inherited technical debt. We build for two audiences: Auth0 engineers, who depend on our tooling every day, and Auth0's customers, who rely on the status page during incidents.
