Senior Product Designer Location: Montreal or Quebec Schedule: 9:00am - 6:00pm PST About Numa Numa is building the platform to power AI-native dealerships, rearchitecting automotive service and sales with advanced AI agents that automate customer interactions, streamline operations, and reimagine how dealerships work. Numa integrates AI into every aspect of dealership functions—from rescuing customer calls and voicemails that generate more revenue, to reducing customer resolution times that drive overall customer satisfaction (CSI), to improving dealership team productivity and accountability. Numa has raised $50 million from leading investors (Google, Threshold, Costanoa, Mitsui, and Touring Capital). The Role We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own major product areas and work closely with Product and Engineering to define and design new experiences from concept through launch and iteration. This role is for a senior individual contributor who is comfortable operating with meaningful ambiguity, rapidly evolving technologies, and a fast-moving product environment. This role reports to the Head of Design. You'll be designing for the AI agents that handle customer calls and voicemails, and shaping the service and sales workflows dealerships rely on every day. Design itself is changing alongside AI. We're looking for someone who's excited by that without losing sight of the fundamentals: strong product judgment, customer empathy, design craft, and a willingness to question assumptions. What You'll Do Own end-to-end product design for major features and product areas, from early exploration through shipped work and iteration Help clarify ambiguous problems, contributing to problem framing rather than waiting for perfect inputs Partner closely with PMs and engineers to improve solution quality and execution speed Develop firsthand understanding of customer workflows through customer conversations, call reviews, analytics, and field visits Participate in customer i

Solution Architect Sigma Computing The SA role has evolved. Here’s the version we’re hiring for. The SA job in 2026 is not the SA job in 2023. Three things now sit at the center of how we evaluate this role. This hire has to do all three at a senior level, with the architectural depth to back it up. 1. Use AI every day to do the job better. If you are not using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalents to accelerate your account prep, architecture diagramming, prototype builds, RFP responses, and discovery synthesis, you are getting outworked by SAs who are. We expect this hire to treat AI tooling as default infrastructure, not novelty. Come with a point of view on what you run, why, and how you use it to compress weeks of work into days. 2. Sell AI into the account. Buyers want to talk about agents, MCP, A2A, context engineering, and which model is powering what. You have to be fluent. You know Sigma’s AI surface cold: Sigma Assistant in build, analyze, and plan modes, AI functions, input tables with LLM enrichment, MCP integration, and warehouse-native agent patterns. You can architect Sigma agents and warehouse agents into a customer’s stack and explain the tradeoffs to a head of data and a CISO in the same call. You also speak credibly about Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and the broader stack the customer already runs. 3. Sell against AI. Every enterprise deal has AI competition in it. Sometimes it is Databricks Genie. Sometimes it is Snowflake Cortex Analyst. Sometimes it is a systems integrator pitching a bespoke agent built over the weekend. You know where each of these breaks at scale, where Sigma’s warehouse-native architecture wins on governance, freshness, and cost, and how to draw the line for a skeptical CDO without hand-waving. You can defend that position in an architecture review, on a security questionnaire, and across three follow-up calls. About Sigma Sigma is the AI runtime environment for the modern enterprise. Teams build apps, agents, an

About the Team At DoorDash, design means making experiences for the people who order, the people who prepare, and the people who deliver. As a Designer at DoorDash, you want to build things that matter to real people. You're at your best when you can move from idea to shipped product quickly, bringing experiences to life that reach and influence users at massive scale. You'll care about whether the product you make solved a real problem for real people, or changed how someone experiences their day. About the Role In this role, you’ll join the Core Dasher team within our Dasher organization, focused on one of DoorDash’s highest-priority challenges: growing and retaining Dasher supply. The team works across Growth and Financial Products to identify new ways to create value for Dashers, including exploring how Crimson, financial incentives, and financial wellness offerings can become meaningful growth levers. You’ll help lead 0→1 opportunities from strategy through launch, partnering across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance to build experiences that can scale across the U.S. and international markets. You will report to the Head of the Core Dasher team within our Dasher organization. We operate in a hybrid model, with 1–2 days per week in one of our Design Hubs in San Francisco or New York City. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Define projects with a clear point of view on what to build, writing briefs that synthesize business and customer inputs into roadmap milestones; balance customer needs, business goals, and feasibility to shape what your team builds and why Bring clarity to ambiguous, cross-team problems and turn them into actionable work that ships; drive prioritization across your team and adjacent teams, making tradeoffs between design quality, speed, and impact so the highest-leverage work moves first Shape key projects from concept through execution — staying close enough to resolve issues during iteration, gu

We're looking for a design leader who can define and drive a vision for designing for integrity at scale. In this role, you will join the Integrity organization.
