A Skai Certification is required, demonstrating advanced skills in retail search management and optimization. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning & Activation Develop retail media and growth plans tied to client goals and category trends. Build media and operational tactics based on those plans, launching campaigns across Walmart, Target, and Amazon. Campaign Execution & Optimization Lead hands-on campaign management: daily budget pacing, keyword bidding, placement adjustments, and bid-strategy refinements. Use consumer behaviour data and top-of-search tactics to refine paid search strategies. Reporting & Insights Delivery Deliver regular performance reporting—monthly, quarterly, and mid-year—highlighting key business trends and category influences.
