Legal Operations is the organizational backbone of the legal team at Palantir and our Deal Administrators directly support all aspects of revenue generation at the company. Our Deal Operations Administrators have a strong understanding of Palantir’s growth strategy, and are eager to implement and operationalize that strategy in our contracting processes. As a Deal Operations Administrator, you will be handling a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the customer contracting lifecycle. As a Commercial Contracts Specialist, you will be a non-attorney partnering closely with Commercial Counsel to effectively support our rapidly growing portfolio of commercial customers. The Role As a Mobility Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the payroll tax compliance and accounting reporting areas of Palantir’s Global Mobility program. You will craft, implement, and execute processes to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and deliver great customer service to our mobile employees. In this role you’ll be assisting the Mobility Tax team to ensure the tax implications of every assignment are understood and accounted for correctly by both Palantir and our assignees. The Role The Finance Team supports and empowers Palantirians through both day-to-day operations and a solution oriented approach to problem solving. As a member of the Revenue Team, you will be responsible for guiding your customer & deal portfolio through the quote-to-cash process, analyzing and reviewing complex revenue transactions, as well as continually refining our revenue recognition policies. You will need to be able to articulate revenue guidance clearly while supporting legal and deal team on contract drafting to maximize revenue. You will also provide direction on technical revenue accounting issues and be able to explain the accounting impact to the internal stakeholders across various teams including Business Development/Sales, Legal, and Finance during the contract negotiation process. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure the health of your portfolio and participate in global month/quarter end revenue close. You are a hands on self-starter who loves to collaborate, and who is always looking to improve upon the status quo.
