This role carries entity-specific accountability and requires the Manager to develop a strong understanding of each assigned agency's business, culture, workforce, and people priorities. A key component of this role is HRIS ownership. The Manager will be accountable for data integrity, workflow configuration, process standardization, and system adoption within HiBob across their assigned entities.
