About the Role Commercial Account Managers at Ramp are the primary relationship owners post-implementation, responsible for driving product adoption, spend activation, and long-term account growth across a portfolio of 150–200 commercial customers. As Ramp’s first Account Manager dedicated to Canadian-based customers, you’ll own a portfolio of Canadian commercial accounts; deepening relationships, leading strategic conversations, and identifying opportunities to expand Ramp’s footprint while developing a deep understanding of their local needs and helping shape Ramp’s growing presence in Canada. About the Team and Role Scaled Customer Activation owns the onboarding, activation, and early growth of Ramp’s self-service customers. We are placing a big bet on the belief that there is significant untapped potential in our self-service accounts. As an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine Ramp’s International Customer Success team and define the scaled customer implementation motion to drive activation. About the role As a Business Development Representative in our Toronto office, you will be focused on building Ramp’s presence in the Canadian market. In this high-velocity, high-impact outbound role, you will create qualified opportunities for Ramp’s Account Executives and bring in high-quality pipeline.
