About the Team Design Program Managers make DoorDash's Design Studio run better. As owner of the Logistics pillar within Design Operations, you're accountable for one of our most important operating outcomes: maximizing the bandwidth of the team. About the Role You'll find where ICs and managers lose time, fragmented workflows, manual processes, meeting overload, unclear rhythms, and you'll define and build the tools and systems that fix it. That might mean shipping a new internal tool, automating a recurring workflow, redesigning how scheduling or reviews work, or establishing a better operating cadence. You own the full loop: diagnose the problem, design the system, build the tool, measure whether it worked. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Own the Logistics outcome, maximize the bandwidth of the team. ICs and managers have more usable time. Meeting load decreases. Redesign how the Studio operates: reviews, planning cadences, rhythms for both ICs and managers, information flows, whatever determines how fast teams can move. Measure whether your systems work, usable time for ICs and managers, meeting load, adoption, hours of manual work eliminated, and iterate. Turn recurring requests into scalable solutions. The second time a problem shows up, build the thing that stops a third. Own scheduling, budget, vendor, and logistics programs as a builder, not a permanent executor, your job is to make them need less manual effort every quarter. About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
