About the Role: Tubi's content platform is the engine behind one of the largest free streaming services in the world. Every play, every deal, every creator, every frame of video flows through systems CPE owns, and the surface area is enormous. Distributed services running on the hottest path of Tubi's traffic. Video pipelines processing one of the largest workloads in streaming. Workflow engines automating the operations that used to consume entire teams. Creator-facing products turning a back-office process into a real platform. And on top of all of it, an AI-native rebuild of the CMS that most companies aren't willing to attempt. This isn't a single-domain role. It's a platform where backend, frontend, video, infrastructure, and applied AI all collide at the scale where decisions actually matter, where an architectural choice ripples across millions of titles and billions of requests, and where the difference between "good enough" and "great" shows up in revenue. We're looking for builders who want to range across domains — backend one quarter, frontend the next, applied AI the one after that — and who want their work to be felt: by viewers when a title plays instantly, by creators when they go live the same day, by Content Ops when a workflow runs itself, and by the business when the platform stops being a cost center and starts being a force multiplier. The infrastructure is already there. The mandate is already there. What's missing is the people who want to build the thing, not talk about it. Come build it. This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office. You must be willing to travel to our Toronto office two days/week. What You'll Do: You'll work on systems that sit at the heart of Tubi's business, where the content pipeline meets the viewer, the creator, and increasingly, the AI agent. The work spans the full stack of a modern content platform: distributed services, video infrastructure, workflow automation, and applied AI, all running at

Most reps sell software. You sell a better way to run a business. On-site | Vancouver Office – 675 W Hastings St. The Problem We're Solving Dental labs are running complex operations on manual processes — and the cost shows up in capacity, margins, and the inability to scale without hiring. EviSmart is building the AI-powered workflow automation platform that changes that equation. What the company needs now is the person who can walk into a lab owner's world, diagnose the real problem, and close the deal that transforms how they operate. Why EviSmart 300 people. Two hubs: Vancouver HQ and Manila operations. 145% year-over-year SaaS growth — the market is responding. 28 countries. One platform. The dental industry's Autopilot. An in-house AI model research and development team building proprietary intelligence. Why This Role, Right Now Most sales roles hand you a pitch deck and a quota. This one asks you to think differently. EviSmart isn't selling software features — it's selling a new operating model for an industry that has never had one. The labs buying this platform aren't switching tools; they're eliminating entire categories of manual work. The successful AE are diagnosing bottlenecks, quantifying impact, and building the business case that makes the decision obvious. The pipeline is real, the product is proven, and the ceiling on what you can earn is uncapped. A Note from the Team "We're not hiring someone who needs a script to start a conversation. We need someone who walks into a discovery call with genuine curiosity about how a lab operates — and leaves having shown the owner something they couldn't see before. That's the rep who wins here." — Paolo Kalaw, CEO, EviSmart What You’ll Own Own the full sales cycle from first discovery call to signed contract — intake, diagnosis, solution, close. About the Role: Tubi is one of the largest free streaming platforms in the US, serving a large-scale streaming audience across Web, iOS, Android, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, and game consoles. Quality at this scale isn't a checkbox — it's a competitive advantage. We're looking for an Automation Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for building and operating Tubi's multi-platform test automation infrastructure. You will own the strategy, tooling, and execution quality across our client surfaces — from video playback and ad delivery to content discovery and onboarding. This role is for a hands-on technical leader who can set direction, influence cross-functional roadmaps, and stay close enough to the code to guide architecture, review critical implementation decisions, and unblock complex technical issues. You will build a team that ships reliable automation at speed — and you will help the team move toward AI-native automation practices: fluent in AI tooling, proactive about applying it, and disciplined about using it responsibly. This is a hybrid role based out of either our San Francisco or Toronto office. You must be willing to travel to either location at least 2 days a week. What You'll Do: Test Strategy & Quality Planning Define and own Tubi's multi-platform automation strategy — covering Web, iOS, Android, CTV (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Smart TVs, game consoles), and API layers. Establish testing standards, coverage targets, and quality gate policies across the CI/CD pipeline to protect release confidence and production reliability. Design specialized test strategies for business-critical scenarios: video playback (HLS/DASH), ad insertion, content recommendation surfaces, and user authentication flows. Use AI-assisted analysis (e.g., failure pattern clustering, test gap detection) to continuously improve test strategy based on real production signal and defect trends — not gut instinct. Join the team shaping the future of AI at Scale. Scale builds RL environments: sandboxed replicas of the digital spheres where real knowledge work occurs and built from the operating data of the companies that actually hold it. As the Data Acquisition Lead , you will own the commercial motion that gets us that data end to end. You will figure out which companies sit on the data for the next domain worth owning and then go and get it. This is a zero-to-one function with no playbook. You should be prepared to wear many hats, from thesis-driven dealmaker to hands-on operator to technical translator between commercial and Research teams. You will: Map the supply side. Work backwards from where labs are pushing to the specific organizations holding the underlying data. Build a thesis on which domains are worth owning and in what order. Invent the deal structures. You'll work with Scale’s legal team to define the first version of how these transactions get priced. Close. Own it from cold outreach to signature. Close the loop with the technical side. You need to hold a real conversation about what makes a dataset trainable and become an expert in what makes this underlying data valuable. Build the machine. Do the work by hand first, then turn what you learn into a repeatable pipeline. Ideally, you’d have: 5+ years across some mix of business development, corp dev, commercial strategy, or early-stage GTM. The label matters less than a track record of building a commercial motion that didn't exist before you got there A strong track record of managing important external relationships Strong business judgment and the ability to evaluate partnership value quickly Clear communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders Ability to operate independently while staying closely connected to cross-functional teams A practical, hands-on approach to building new functions from the ground up Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Experience in

Head of Enterprise GTM Strategy & Operations Reports to VP, Enterprise Sales · SF or NY Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Sales, this role owns both halves of Scale AI’s enterprise revenue engine: the strategy that determines where we play and how we win, and the operating system - people, process, and systems - that makes that strategy executable, measurable, and repeatable. On the strategy side, you set the analytical foundation for enterprise growth: segment and account prioritization, coverage and territory design, pricing and packaging inputs, and the diagnostic work that explains why the funnel behaves the way it does. On the operations side, you own the RevOps stack, forecasting, compensation design, sales enablement, and the operating cadences that convert strategy into predictable quarterly execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a segmentation model from a blank page and running a Monday morning pipeline review. You will lead an established team, with the Head of Sales Enablement and the RevOps Manager as direct reports. Your first job is to raise the ceiling on what that team delivers: sharper analysis, tighter operating rhythm, and enablement that measurably shortens ramp and lifts win rates.
