About the Role You'll find where ICs and managers lose time, fragmented workflows, manual processes, meeting overload, unclear rhythms, and you'll define and build the tools and systems that fix it. That might mean shipping a new internal tool, automating a recurring workflow, redesigning how scheduling or reviews work, or establishing a better operating cadence. You own the full loop: diagnose the problem, design the system, build the tool, measure whether it worked.
