About the Team DoorDash Labs is an independent team within DoorDash. We explore robotics and automation to transform last-mile logistics in the long term. If you want to work on commercializing autonomy and robotics in a service used by millions of people — and on bringing the merchant partners who power that service along with us — then we want to talk to you! About the Role Come help us redefine last-mile logistics through robotics, automation, and other advanced technologies. Autonomy only works when merchants — restaurants, retailers, and other partners — can reliably interact with our robots: handing off orders, troubleshooting edge cases, and trusting the experience enough to keep using it. This role owns that side of the equation. We're looking for a Merchant Success & Growth lead to build the strategy and operational mechanisms that get merchants onboard, keep them performing, and turn their day-to-day reality into a tight feedback loop for product and engineering. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Own merchant adoption and performance KPIs for autonomy end-to-end — defining what "successful merchant interaction with a robot" means, instrumenting it, and driving improvement against it. Build the playbooks and operational mechanisms to onboard merchants to autonomy — from first conversation through training, go-live, and steady-state ops — and scale them across markets. Partner with sales, account management, and field ops to recruit and ramp the right merchant cohorts for each stage of the product, and design experiments that test new merchant-facing features and handoff models. Define merchant performance benchmarks (handoff success rate, dwell time, dasher/robot interaction quality, merchant CSAT) and run the cadence that holds partners and internal teams accountable to them. Stand up the feedback loop from the field back to product and engineering — turning merchant complaints, edge cases, and frontline observations into prioriti

About The Role As Associate Manager, Merchant Onboarding and Experience on the DoorDash for Business team, you will own how merchants get onto our programs and how they feel while they do it. You will be the lead for onboarding process design, execution quality, and merchant experience—turning a complex, multi-step journey into something that is faster, clearer, and consistently excellent. Your responsibilities will range from strategic (mapping the end-to-end onboarding journey, setting the operating model, and aligning Product, Ops, Sales, and Support on what “great” looks like) to operational (diagnosing drop-off, tightening handoffs, building playbooks, and using data and automation to remove friction). You will bring a systems mindset: every broken step is a process to redesign, every merchant complaint is a signal, and every manual workaround is a candidate for a better workflow. You will report into the DoorDash for Business Merchant Experience team. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will be driving… Onboarding Process Ownership Own the end-to-end merchant onboarding journey—from first intake through go-live. At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect, cultivating an inclusive environment where all team members can thrive. As the Business Systems Lead for Payroll & Time, you will lead Lyft's global migration onto Dayforce following recent acquisitions. Sitting within People Technology in Corporate Engineering and IT (CEIT), you'll join Lyft's Dayforce program at a formative moment: the initial rollout spans 12–15 countries over two-plus years, and you're joining early enough to directly shape how implementation, governance, and vendor management get done — not inherit a playbook someone else already wrote. You'll be backed by a mature, experienced Payroll Operations team who bring deep subject-matter expertise, while you own the technical and functional side: driving requirements, directing our systems integrator, and building the governance and vendor management model you'll run long-term as the platform's product/service owner. Sitting within People Technology in CEIT, you will drive requirements, make key functional decisions, and partner closely with Payroll Operations, HR, Legal, and Finance. You'll lead vendor delivery to ensure accurate, compliant payroll and time tracking across each migration wave, then own platform governance and vendor management long-term once the program stabilizes. We're looking for someone who can act as the translation layer between operations, executives, and technical teams — equally comfortable explaining payroll concepts to engineers and system constraints to business stakeholders. Responsibilities: Own Requirements and Direct the Implementation Partner Serve as the internal functional owner for the Dayforce payroll and time migration, driving requirements and directing the systems integrator partner. Translate payroll policy, collective bargaining terms, and statutory requirements — as defined by Payroll Operations and Legal — into actionable technical specifications. Validate vendor configurations against country-specific rule

You love turning real business problems into working AI solutions — and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to ship them. In this role, you’ll lead Diligent’s internal AI Solutions function , a small, high-impact team that is embedding AI and GenA I into the systems thousands of colleagues use every day across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Legal, and Product & Engineering. You’ll set the AI vision and roadmap for internal tools, architect solutions, and still build hands-on — from prototypes and reference implementations through to production-grade integrations . You’ll own how AI shows up inside ERP, CRM, BI and core IT platforms, and you’ll be accountable for making those solutions reliable, secure, compliant, and measurably valuable for the business. If you enjoy being a “player-coach” who can move seamlessly between executive conversations and deep technical reviews, this role gives you the scope, visibility, and impact to shape how a global SaaS leader uses AI to run smarter and faster. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of AI Solutions Architects and Engineers, setting clear goals and building the capabilities the business needs as AI demand scales. Define and own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for internal AI solutions, translating business priorities into a focused portfolio of AI and platform initiatives.
