We are looking for a strong design leader with a builder mindset to lead a 15-person design team through the next phase of growth. This is a player-coach role . You manage and grow the team. You also stay in the actual work: elevating quality through feedback, pairing with designers on the hardest UX puzzles, and asking the right questions to unlock the crux of the problem. You'll know every product surface well enough to raise its quality — even if you don't own any single one end-to-end. Designers are embedded in autonomous pods and need to keep shipping fast. Maintaining speed without compromising on coherence and quality is the job. If that tension sounds like an exciting problem to solve rather than a co

The Opportunity We're hiring a mid-level Product Designer to be the creative partner behind Enigma's go-to-market efforts. Our identity is mid-refresh, so this isn't a role that only applies to our existing design system, you'll help systematize its evolution. You'll work directly with our marketing lead (a generalist across channels and strategy) to turn GTM ideas into campaigns, web pages, sales collateral, and social content. What You’ll Do Shape GTM creative, don't just execute it. Partner on campaign concepts and go-to-market ideas, bringing your own point of view rather than filling in a pre-set brief. Systematize the brand system. Contribute to Enigma's brand organization including but not limited to maintaining asset libraries, deck templates, and brand guideline documents. Build and update the website. Design and ship pages directly in our custom CMS (deployed on Vercel), from layout to content to launch, alongside marketing and engineering. Create sales and marketing collateral. One-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and flexible slide systems the team can reuse for sales, marketing, and leadership. Own social and campaign content. Design LinkedIn carousels and campaign graphics, and cut short-form video (“cut-ups”) from longer source material. Design HubSpot campaign assets. Email templates and campaign landing pages that support lifecycle and demand-gen marketing. Prep imagery. Retouch and prepare hero and content images for web, social, and marketing channels. Use AI as part of the workflow. Use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini etc. for ideation, copy support, team collaboration, and speeding up production, we want someone comfortable working this way, not resistant to it. Maintain consistency. Typography, color, imagery, and tone stay on-brand across every deliverable. What Makes This Role Exciting? Real ownership: you're helping build the brand system, not just maintaining one that's already locked. A true creative partnership: you'll work directly with a mark

About the role AI and coding agents have made building enterprise apps nearly effortless and exposed a massive gap in the infrastructure to run them. Sigma is emerging as the AI Runtime Environment that makes enterprise AI actually work, and this role will tell that story to the market, why it matters, and help define and create this new category. As Director of Product Marketing for AI, you will own the positioning and go-to-market strategy for Sigma's overall AI narrative and its specific capabilities, including: natural language exploration, agentic workflows, and AI-powered application building (both internal and using external coding agents). This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of product, sales, and the market. You'll translate a rapidly evolving AI roadmap into sharp, differentiated messaging that resonates with data teams, business leaders, and the enterprise IT buyers who evaluate and approve AI investments. You will be a key voice in helping Sigma win the category. What you'll do Define and own Sigma's AI product positioning and messaging from core value propositions to competitive differentiation and persona-specific narratives. Partner with Product and Engineering to understand and influence Sigma's AI capabilities and roadmap. Lead product launches for AI features and capabilities, coordinating across marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships. Partner with sales leadership and frontline reps to understand AI deal dynamics, competitive objections, and messaging gaps and incorporate learnings into improved positioning, content, and enablement. Partner with the Enablement team, build and maintain sales enablement materials pitch decks, battlecards, demos, objection-handling guides that help the field win competitive AI deals. Develop thought leadership content and market education programs that shape how the industry thinks about building with AI on enterprise data. Conduct ongoing

AI only answers correctly when it can trust the data underneath it. This role owns two connected parts of how Sigma shows up in that world: where Sigma's experience lives outside its own product (MCP, a CLI, the Claude and ChatGPT marketplaces, integrations like Slack, Teams, and Glean), and the semantic layer that makes every one of those surfaces trustworthy. The first mandate is Sigma's AI ecosystem: defining Sigma's approach to MCP, giving external agents structured, governed access to Sigma's data model; owning the CLI, giving developers a fast way to work with Sigma outside the UI; and building Sigma's presence in the Claude and ChatGPT marketplaces, plus integrations for Slack, Teams, Glean, and similar surfaces, so people can reach Sigma's data wherever they already work. This is some of the most visible, fastest-growing surface area in the product. The second mandate is the semantic layer underneath it all. Every agent, chat answer, and integration is only as reliable as the data model behind it — get a metric definition wrong here, and every surface built on top inherits the mistake. This includes setting the roadmap for how semantic views connect across data platforms and how the model evolves as new AI capabilities emerge. What you'll do Define Sigma's approach to MCP, giving external agents and tools structured, governed access to Sigma's data model. Own the CLI roadmap, giving developers a fast, scriptable way to work with Sigma outside the UI. Build Sigma's presence in the Claude and ChatGPT marketplaces, along with integrations for Slack, Teams, Glean, and similar surfaces, so people can reach Sigma's data wherever they're already working. Set the roadmap for Sigma's data modeling strategy, including how semantic views connect across data platforms and how the semantic layer evolves as new AI capabilities emerge. Partner with engineering and design to ship integration and semantic modeling capabilities that hold up at enterprise scale.

Here's a summary of the role: Identity infrastructure is not glamourware . It doesn't get standing ovations at company all-hands. But it is the thing every product in the portfolio depends on, and when it breaks, everyone knows. If you're the kind of PM who finds that genuinely interesting, read on. This role is for someone who has lived inside SAML flows, argued over PKCE token lifetimes, and knows exactly why SSO bypass lists are a necessary compromise. You'll own the authentication platform that thousands of enterprise customers trust, and you'll shape it alongside engineers who go deep. No surface-level roadmap ownership here. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Own the product strategy and roadmap for core authentication flows: SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, MFA enforcement, token lifecycle management, and multi-IdP federation. Make product decisions that sit at the intersection of system design, security architecture, and developer experience, working directly with senior engineers on protocol choices and infrastructure trade-offs. Drive adoption of platform identity capabilities across internal engineering teams through influence, moving products toward modern API patterns and away from legacy integration surfaces. Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to prototype ideas and validate concepts before you pitch them; this is expected, not optional. Track the IAM standards landscape, including passkeys, FIDO2, SCIM, zero-trust, and verifiable credentials, and use that knowledge to sharpen product direction. Translate complex authentication concepts (JWT structures, SAML assertions, PKCE handshakes) into clear specs, user stories, and prioritized backlogs for audiences from engineers to executives. These are the essentials you'll ne
