As an Executive Recruiter, you won't just fill positions—you’ll directly shape Robinhood’s trajectory by attracting, engaging, and landing the visionary leaders who build our business! You will lead high-impact executive searches across a range of functions, partnering closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into thoughtful talent strategies. You will also build long-term relationships with executive talent, develop market intelligence, and create pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and future leadership and succession priorities.
