As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical specialist supporting the New Business and Account Management teams. Your goal is to help customers understand the practical value of Trustpilot’s platform. You are responsible for executing technical demonstrations, validating product fit, and ensuring that prospects have the technical confidence to convert. You bridge the gap between technical features and customer requirements to drive consistent commercial results What you'll be doing: Technical Discovery: Support Account Executives in uncovering customer needs and existing system environments. Product Demonstrations: Deliver tailored demos and presentations that articulate Trustpilot’s value, flexibility, and ROI. Solution Delivery: Configure and present standard solutions that address specific customer pain points and business goals. Proof-of-Concepts: Manage pilot programs to validate functional requirements and technical impact before signing.
