Solution Architect Sigma Computing The SA role has evolved. Here’s the version we’re hiring for. The SA job in 2026 is not the SA job in 2023. Three things now sit at the center of how we evaluate this role. This hire has to do all three at a senior level, with the architectural depth to back it up. 1. Use AI every day to do the job better. If you are not using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalents to accelerate your account prep, architecture diagramming, prototype builds, RFP responses, and discovery synthesis, you are getting outworked by SAs who are. We expect this hire to treat AI tooling as default infrastructure, not novelty. Come with a point of view on what you run, why, and how you use it to compress weeks of work into days. 2. Sell AI into the account. Buyers want to talk about agents, MCP, A2A, context engineering, and which model is powering what. You have to be fluent. You know Sigma’s AI surface cold: Sigma Assistant in build, analyze, and plan modes, AI functions, input tables with LLM enrichment, MCP integration, and warehouse-native agent patterns. You can architect Sigma agents and warehouse agents into a customer’s stack and explain the tradeoffs to a head of data and a CISO in the same call. You also speak credibly about Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and the broader stack the customer already runs. 3. Sell against AI. Every enterprise deal has AI competition in it. Sometimes it is Databricks Genie. Sometimes it is Snowflake Cortex Analyst. Sometimes it is a systems integrator pitching a bespoke agent built over the weekend. You know where each of these breaks at scale, where Sigma’s warehouse-native architecture wins on governance, freshness, and cost, and how to draw the line for a skeptical CDO without hand-waving. You can defend that position in an architecture review, on a security questionnaire, and across three follow-up calls. About Sigma Sigma is the AI runtime environment for the modern enterprise. Teams build apps, agents, an

Overview We are seeking a hands-on Director of AI Software Engineering to lead and scale AI engineering efforts supporting multiple business units across Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This role sits at the intersection of product delivery, platform evolution, and applied AI—driving real-world impact across core workflows. This is not a pure management role. We are looking for a builder who leads from the front, someone who has recently written production code, shipped systems end-to-end, and can operate comfortably in ambiguity while aligning teams and stakeholders. What You’ll Do Lead AI Engineering Across GRC Own delivery of AI-powered capabilities embedded directly into business unit workflows (e.g., risk analysis, compliance automation, reporting, due diligence) Partner with product, data, and platform teams to translate business problems into scalable AI systems Stay Hands-On Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and critical path implementation Prototype and validate new approaches (LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, classification pipelines, etc.) Set engineering standards for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency Build and Scale Teams Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI/ML and software engineers Drive hiring, coaching, and career development Establish a culture of ownership, speed, and technical excellence Drive Execution Deliver production-grade systems—not experiments Balance speed with rigor (security, privacy, compliance) Operate across multiple concurrent initiatives with clear prioritization Communicate and Influence Act as a bridge between engineering and business stakeholders Clearly articulate trade-offs, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership Align cross-functional teams around shared goals and timelines What We’re Looking For Proven Builder 10+ years in software engineering, with recent hands-on coding experience Demonstrated track record of shipping production systems at scale Experience with modern

At Scale, we are driving the future of AI and Machine Learning across a variety of industries. As the Program Manager for Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success of Scale. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the effective operation of our Compliance department and our GRC function, allowing us to maintain the highest standards in our industry. Reporting to the Director & Associate General Counsel, Compliance, you will be a dedicated program manager for Scale's enterprise compliance program and the person who turns policy into practice across anti-bribery and anti-corruption, gifts and entertainment, conflicts of interest, third-party risk and sanctions, policy lifecycle, and company-wide training. This is a hands-on builder, not a maintenance role. You will support Commercial, Public Sector, and international business lines, working closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Security, and go-to-market teams. You will: Help build, design, improve, and streamline Scale's core compliance programs, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC), gifts and entertainment, conflicts of interest, and third-party risk and sanctions screening. Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to improve compliance policies, processes, and procedures. Monitor regulatory developments relevant to Scale's business, translate them into concrete policy and process changes, and track compliance obligations flowing out of customer contracts. Partner with leadership to build, mature, and operationalize the company's enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, identifying and assessing key business risks. Build the reporting layer: metrics and periodic reporting that give Legal & GRC leadership a defensible picture of program health. Flex into audit and assurance work during peak certification periods, and own inbound customer and investor compliance diligence questionnaires. Ideally you'd have: 5+ years building or operating ethics and c

Here's a summary of the role: Identity infrastructure is not glamourware . It doesn't get standing ovations at company all-hands. But it is the thing every product in the portfolio depends on, and when it breaks, everyone knows. If you're the kind of PM who finds that genuinely interesting, read on. This role is for someone who has lived inside SAML flows, argued over PKCE token lifetimes, and knows exactly why SSO bypass lists are a necessary compromise. You'll own the authentication platform that thousands of enterprise customers trust, and you'll shape it alongside engineers who go deep. No surface-level roadmap ownership here. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Own the product strategy and roadmap for core authentication flows: SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, MFA enforcement, token lifecycle management, and multi-IdP federation. Make product decisions that sit at the intersection of system design, security architecture, and developer experience, working directly with senior engineers on protocol choices and infrastructure trade-offs. Drive adoption of platform identity capabilities across internal engineering teams through influence, moving products toward modern API patterns and away from legacy integration surfaces. Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to prototype ideas and validate concepts before you pitch them; this is expected, not optional. Track the IAM standards landscape, including passkeys, FIDO2, SCIM, zero-trust, and verifiable credentials, and use that knowledge to sharpen product direction. Translate complex authentication concepts (JWT structures, SAML assertions, PKCE handshakes) into clear specs, user stories, and prioritized backlogs for audiences from engineers to executives. These are the essentials you'll ne
