Title and Summary Director, SME Growth Program Management Overview: SMEs are the backbone of the global economy and a key driver of Mastercard’s growth strategy. The Director, SME PMO & Strategic Execution will serve as the operational backbone of Mastercard's global SME business across the enterprise, ensuring priorities are translated into coordinated action and measurable outcomes. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional execution, governance, and accountability across the SME organization, partnering closely with senior leaders to align stakeholders, prioritize investments, and maximize business impact. As a trusted advisor and chief integrator, the Director will establish the operating rhythms, performance management processes, and decision-making frameworks that keep strategic initiatives on track. The role requires a highly collaborative leader who can influence across a complex global matrix, anticipate risks and dependencies, and bring teams together around shared objectives.
